Tip:

 

In my own classroom I will combine two or three of the breaks toghether to create a longer break when needed. I also repeat a break twice if the students didnt quite get it the first time. Gives them extra practice at the break leading to mastery of the break, which leads to more benefit when the moves come naturally and correctly.
